replaced RCSs with directional thrusters reducing CPU usage so it is now Tier 4 instead of an advanced core. It should fit into all standard game limits, except size

Filled in a few more empty spaces, only remaining empty space now should be in the warp nacelles, but I'm leaving that open for adding more fuel tanks
