-Leader names changed from surnames to full names.
-Overhauled the designs for Guyana and Suriname

-Guyana's colors tweaked to be more readable.

-Suriname's colors changed from green on red to green on white.

-Suriname's AI changed to be more aggressive/expansive (which hopefully means it will use its UA more)

-Guyana and Suriname's leaderscreens changed.

Fixed a bug that gave French Guiana a bunch of free policies when making friends.
