* Changed Stalin's portrait (again). It's from a different artist and is based on this image: https://i.pinimg.com/236x/76/ab/74/76ab746d0f82279da1bd1f60a78f797c--joseph-stalin-soviet-art.jpg.
* Changed Salazar's portrait. It's from the same artist as the Stalin/Pétain portrait, and is closer to the vanilla art style than the previous one.
* Added a new generic leader for communist countries.
