Updated Summercoast from RC6 to RC7:

-Fixed multiple clipping issues related to the fences of the boundaries.

-Broke sightlines around B and after C:
__Added some crates
__Slightly changed the cart's path
__Extended the wooden fences

-Fixed the one way door from spawn to B.

-Removed the mobile ramp to RED's last spawn to make spawncamping harder for BLU and replaced it with a stack of crates.
