Rev 418 changes:

Updated:
* Now ships in cap use user binds for default keys (like moving, attack etc).
* Stargate config now back to garrysmod/data/stargate folder. This changed for workshop, people can't see source of lua file inside addon, so now it will be automatically created and loaded from this folder. user_config.txt also should be located here.

Fixed:
* Keybinds from cap ships not saving keys after gmod close.
* Missed "Primary Attack" option on some ship key settings.

* Cap version checker code, now it uses lua/cap_ver.lua file as version file.
* Now you can set any name for cap and cap_resources folders, but still recommended keep default names.
