Rev 429 changes:

Added:
* Now dhd's can be linked to stargate by touch.
* Now if iris computer to gate, then no one can link or use another one on this gate.
* CAP Expression2 chips now available in workshop version! Note: chips are READ-ONLY and in cap_shared folder. If you want edit it, then use "Save as".
* SGC Dialing Computer e2 chip (thanks to glebqip).
* Added donate button in cap credits tab.
* Atlantis Type wire input.
* Wire input "Disable Use" for asuran/sgc/atlantis zpm hubs.
* Wire input "Disable Menu Mode" for iris computer (1 - only owner can activate, 2 - no one can activate).
Note: dhd and iris computer linking can be saved with duplicator!

Updated:
* Now stargate kawoosh is faster, and have correct sound timing like in tv show.
* Changes wire input "Disable Menu" to "Disable Menu Mode" on cap doors (1 - only owner buttons can open the doors, 2 - buttons can't open doors without wiremod).
* Now wire input "Turn on ring light" on atlantis gate have two modes - 1 half light, 2 - full light mode.
* Now stargate universe will light up when you starting dial with "Force Encode Symbol".
* Arthur mante and sodan cloaking code, now you will not see player shadow by flashlight in invisible mode. Also now if you activate arthur mante then all devices on map will be "active" for your, and now when remove device you still will be in cloak.
* Now personal shield is bit stronger, and can protect from wraith hands.
* Now you can change mode of RononDex gun by right mouse click.
* Small improvements in russian translate.

Fixed:
* Naquadah explosion effects not working.
* Arthur mante/sodan cloak/personal shield effects not working for owner in multiplayer.
* Now you can't kill player in godmode when he stunned by RononDex gur or wraith bomb.
* Now you can't kill player in godmode using wraith hands.
* Improved gatespawner protection, now you can't teleport gate by wire teleported to another destination and do some other things.
* Wire input "Dialing Symbol" not working using new wire dial by "Encode Symbol" etc.
* Destiny console menu did not accept non-english letters in "ValueF" field.
* Fixed gatespawner set incorrect additional features for stargate in some cases.
* Now arthur/sodan cloak correct uncloak after death.
* Some other fixes and small improvements.

Note: some of this changes mainly made for multiplayer, so this is small part of optimizations for multiplayer gameplay.

* ConVar "stargate_cap_version" what display cap version for web monitorings.

* Renamed convar "stargate_cl_language_debug" to "sg_language_debug".
* Updated multi-language lib, now it uses short names for language folder names, also now in settings menu it will display "Supported languages" with language names.

* Now custom_groups config have new format and placed in garrysmod/data/stargate/custom_groups.txt file.
* Now if player without cap connected to server with cap in multiplayer, then he will not see anymore stargate tabs in spawnmenu. This feature was broken in gmod13, but now fixed.
* Ancient/Sodan obelisks can now teleport npcs near obelisk when got activated.
* Now ring caller and malp remote doesn t have any weapon model.

Fixed:
* Ancient obelisk not work correct.
* Ancient/Sodan obelisks teleporting by wrong coordites (always same for all players/npcs).
