Fixed a bug where "Sound Responsive" was enabled and no sounds was playing, it would splat anyways.

Updated audio responsive code.
- Sound Sensitivity slider has a new range
- Removed "Normalize Volume" option
+ Added "Frequency Range" and "Frequency Range Start" slider options

You now may have to adjust "Sound Sensitivity" in relation to your volume.
