Minor fixes:
Removed upkeep and recruit costs from old beastmen RoR's (didn't notice CA did that)

Fixes:
Forgot about the icon links CA broke for no reason with this patch. Mod should load properly now and necrofex/stegadon RoR should have their unit card icons in battle now.
