The Anniversary Celebration Update!

Changes:
  • -Lots of new systems and other changes than mentioned, look in the overview above for info.

  • -Staffs have been removed for now, and you might have to re-craft your spells, sorry for any inconvenience.

  • -Ymir's Seal now guarantees atleast one Frosted Assembly Piece

  • -Most EEWA NPCs will now start regenerating large chunks of their health if not engaged for a while.

  • -Additional fixes for Crude Blacksmith's Bench.

  • -New thralls for Crude Blacksmith's Bench

  • -Increased drop chance for Child of Ignild, Unliving Meruvian Mask, recipes, Horn of Secrets and Blood Stained Journal.

  • -New Dungeon, Perilous Valley, West of Black Keep

  • -Corruptionist Arsenal now learned from Erond in the Perilous Valley.

  • -Critical Weapons have increased chance of Crits to 25% from 15% and now instead deals 120% bonus damage instead of 70% (110% for ranged)

  • -Several fixes to different recipes.

  • -Reduced crafting time for some volcano recipes.

  • -Increased crafting time for Godly Krystallion from 120s -> 180s

  • -Revamped looks of Breaker Armors to make them feel unique.

  • -Extra armor set checks to fix a vanilla issue where buffs would not apply properly when logging in to a server

  • -Fixes to Katanas, their power curve should now work like vanilla katana power curves. (For charge attack)

  • -Armors are now dyable, with the exception of Breaker armors and Hemoglob.

  • -Several fixes, improvements, new attacks and more for Ymir. Longer range but milder damage.

  • -Now you no longer have to be inside Ymir's dome when he dies to get the reward, due to limitations however, you will still be unable to get it while you are dead. (Will look more into this in the future)

  • -Removed an untextured Nomad tent from the world, oopsie, should not have been there to begin with haha

  • -Several fixes relating to armor, like incorrect armor type on Meruvian Expedition Armor.

  • -Increased armor gained from Icebreaker Set Bonus from 400 (was supposed to be 500) -> 650

  • -Fixed an issue with spells and some staffs being able to be modified.

  • -Reworked spells and made an entirely new spell system with mana.

  • -Reduced speed of Crystalbreaker Set Bonus, but added a constant health regen.

  • -Fixed an issue that prevented Purification from Mitra's Virtue and other sources from being applied when using Icebreaker Set and in some other situations.

  • -Better hit detection and damage from Call Ymir's Hammer, improved framework.

  • -Master Skeleton Key Chests should now longer decay if not placed on foundations.

  • -Fixed an issue with deepcuts causing unintentionally high damage to thrall NPCs.

  • -Fixes to Khopesh of Embers regarding knockback and last light attack.

  • -God Krystallion now stacks to 10

  • -Unliving Mask may now be used with Meruvian Light Armor Sets and will still grant the Set bonus.

  • -Customized code for PvP checks, meaning that in PvP you will reliably heal only allies (clan members and owned thralls) and yourself with Mitra's Virtue and the likes. And damage only enemies with sorcery like Flaming Mastery. In PvE you can heal anyone that is a thrall, pet or player.

  • -Increased damage of all Infernal Weapons slightly (multipliers).

  • -Lots of infrastructure change to my code. (Improvements of stuff basically)

  • -The level 80 minibosses now have over 50% reduced damage as their damage was ehm, a bit too much for level 80. Haha.

  • Moved non-lesser bounties into Greater Bounties Feat at level 100.

  • Some loot, reward and other improvements.

  • Decreased damage for all weapons but increased buff damage and reworked some buffs.

  • Several other fixes and improvements, too many to cover :P

  • New dungeon, abillities, enemies, weapons, armor, systems and more.

  • New features : Mana, Constellations and Ascension, check the overview for more info.

Changes:
  • Reduced filesize of the mod.

  • Fixed the incorrect icon for Scourgebreaker Armor Leggings and some recipe icons.

  • Any changes to AvatarBounty settings will now instantly take effect. No need for server restart.

  • Fixed incorrect recipes for some items.

  • Reduced Afflicted arrow aoe range and damage slightly.

  • Fixed a loading issue for Ymir boss. Now settings should properly get applied to the Ymir spawner. You can check current server settings with ke * ShowAvatarSettings

  • Increased thorn return damage from melee to 20% and ranged to 40% and clamped the damage. Also now gain a 5% movement speed increase with Scourgebreaker, retaining some of the Crystalbreaker's bonus.

  • Increased Ymir's damage.

  • Increased Ymir's health greatly but decreased his armor by a lot as well.

  • To damage Ymir you must now be in his dome.

  • Extended Ymir's active period to 80 minutes from 60.

  • To activate Set bonus from Hemoglob, now requires you to get hit with a melee weapon or projectile. Will no longer proc from temperature damage etc...

  • Updated Ymir spawning framework, any changed settings will now instantly take effect when changing the low end timer or high end timer. Additionally, if the server restarts, it will check how much time has passed for the timer before restarting and save it. So after restart, the new timer for Ymir's spawn will be = Random value between low and high timer set - elapsed time from before server restart. This way the timer won't entirely reset between server restarts.

    If you have the default 10-40 hours until Ymir spawns. If the server restarted after 9 hours, then when the server starts again, Ymir will spawn between 1-31 hours after server start. If the server restarted after 20 hours (and Ymir has not spawned yet), Ymir will spawn between 0-20 hours after server start. After Ymir respawns or settings are changed, the elapsed time will reset to 0, and the timer will calculate from the start again.

  • New Armor Set available after defeating Ymir and learning the Feat. Icebreaker Armor is an upgraded Scourgebreaker Armor with Cold Resistance. Set Bonus slows you down, decreases your Agillity and Encumberance, but you become a real tank, gaining a lot of Vitality, Grit and 500 bonus armor to stay in the fight longer, but also gives you Temperature Immunity and you can't be crippled.

  • Added some more bounty monster spawns.

  • Added more Fragments of Power lockboxes around the world, they can now drop upto 3 frags per lockbox, and removed some from the bat tower because of this.

  • Added Armor Scrap lockboxes around the world.

  • Added Blacksmith's Lightpack as a trading item at Rarity Trader. May now contain Armor Scraps as well.

  • Bounties (Lufk, Lurker etc) now give out one guaranteed Assembly Part along with their Bounty Rewards.

  • Fixed an issue with Ymir's physics asset, that caused him to possibly fall through collision.

  • Fixed an issue with Ymir's targeting from thralls.

  • Several fixes related to Ymir.

  • Improved rewards for Ymir bounty and now grants a guaranteed spellbook on bounty completion.

  • New commands for Avatar Bounties, available in the guide.

  • Fixed an issue with a custom Actor showing in the Ancient Cave.

  • Added new custom Nordheimer Miniboss NPCs (Recommended level 80) in the north. They may drop stuff like Armor Scraps and Ymir totems.

  • Added two new bounty weapons, a one handed sword, and dual wield of the same sword.

  • All Blacksmith Bench crafted weapons now need to be crafted in the Crude Blacksmith's Bench, unlocked with Corruptionist Arsenal. Crafted in inventory.

  • Moved non-lesser bounties into Greater Bounties Feat at level 100.

  • Some loot, reward and other improvements.

  • Some improvements and changes to some items. Boegans replaced with Crudging Clubs, that cause Deep Cuts, a buff that will deal more damage the less stamina the target has.

  • Increased bonus health damage from bounty monsters.

  • Increased Speed of Call Ymir's Hammer

  • Lurker's are now not hostile until attacked.

  • Switched Corrupted Stones to Corrupted Wood for Shard of Skelos recipe, as I feel Corrupted Wood is currently not used that much.

  • Reduced crafting costs of Bounty Weapons.

Bounty Boards are here, complete bounties and become rich in xp and materials! Craft new weapons and armor!



Changes:
  • Wraiths now don't have any player collisions, making them feel like actual wraiths, they do however still collide with structures or environment etc...

  • Wraiths now take damage from poisons and venoms. They are still immune to bleeds though.

  • Increased damage on Meruvians in the tower of bats dungeon.

  • If Wraiths overlap with water they will now return home and refill their health.

  • Wraiths should now stop spawning zombies if player teleported somewhere while being aggroed by one.

  • Added voicelines to rarity trader, revamped her looks a bit and placed her by the other traders by bucaneer bay.

  • Fixed Shoebill and Tiger mounts inable of attacking enemies.

  • Reduced Council of Wolves fighter and archer damage slightly.

  • Added Ostrich, Lion and Sandbeast mounts to Rarity Trader.

  • Added Crit Weapons for Token of Choice at Rarity Trader (Token of Choice is 3 Master Skeleton Keys and 150 Gold Coins)

  • Added more Transmutate items at Obelisk. (craft Skelos Shard Fragments = Fragment of Power)

  • To craft a godly enchanting table, you now require a token of choice.

  • Added Bounty Boards with global markers, can also be placed by admins. Here you can turn in monster heads for bounty rewards. If you have AoC there will also be AoC bounties available. Bounties are unlocked at level 50 in the feat window.

  • Added several bounties for different creatures, they grant a lot of xp and bounty rewards that are randomized, and yes, they can contain Fragments of Power.

  • Added several new weapons that can be crafted at the blacksmith's bench with unique weapon parts only gained from bounties. They have a special buff that increases your attack speed and damage the less health you have. Also grants a base 10% movement speed bonus.

  • Also added AoC bounties that will automatically be learned if you have AoC mod loaded and Bounties Feat learned.

  • There is now over 20 hidden Fragments of Power stashes in the world. I felt like Conan needs to reward exploring more, be on the lookout.

  • 5 new npc types scattered around the world, they are very tough and I recommend bringing a pal to defeat them. They deal extra damage based on your health, so be careful with your thralls. There is also a bounty for the keystone.

  • Improved burning effects, only visible on humans now to prevent me from going crazy with over 50 different bone references.

  • Added a placeable Master Skeleton Key Chest for Admins. This one works a bit differently than ones in the world, but should still work great, I am aware of a minor issue, but it does not affect it to any particular extent. One hour respawn time.

  • Crit Weapons may now be dismantled at the dismantling bench for skeleton keys. Other weapons as well, working on making all weapons dismantlable.

  • Increased all other buffs than Smite to be better on par with Smite, they are still not as powerful as Smite in raw damage, but they are very worthy contenders. Keep in mind all the different buffs have different purposes.

  • Moved reward for Wraith Essence into a bounty.

  • New Elixir, Elixir of Life, will take a short time to consume, but will grant 32% of your total health over time and regen all your stamina once you have swallowed the Elixir. Taking damage from weapons will interrupt the animation (same goes for all Elixirs). May be purchased at rarity trader.

  • Some new ways to get Elixir of Immunity at rarity trader, and now only 1 Wraith Essence and 15 Ymir Totems are needed for the old trade.

  • Elixir of Temperature Immunity now works the same way as Elixir of Life, with animation, so I recommend taking it outside of combat.

  • Added new two handed axe, Headcutter into +1 and +2 Godly weapons, and the Mace of the Knight as well.

  • Increased damage of several enemies, that I felt were underperforming, like many of the Meruvian enemies.

  • Increased increased Meruvian Sentry base hp.

  • Added unique Aspect of Ymir Avatar World Boss, spawns by default in one of 5 preset spots in the north. Default spawntime is 10 - 40 hours, admin can customize the time windows as well if they want shorter / longer windows between spawns, or if they want to disable it. Commands are available here.

  • Aspect of Ymir will warn everyone with a notification and map marker 10 minutes before spawning. Extremely difficult, I recommend bringing a few friends an army!.

  • In the future, admins will possibly be able to modify the loot of bounty rewards.

  • New Ymir items, a hammer that you can call upon at any time, smashing the ground in front of you and knocking down enemies nearby. This works like an abillity in MMOs for example, so you don't equip it as a weapon, but you can put it in your hotbar and use it whenever. Also a new Elixir, that grants temperature immunity for two hours and a damage buff that deals extra true damage and heavily chills your opponents. As well as a cheaper Elixir that grants 10% lifesteal for an hour.

  • You learn the new Ymir recipes and get the Ymir bounty reward by beeing inside of his Godly Smite dome when he gets defeated.

  • Added several more convenience items, like a pack of Lotus flowers that are purchasable at the rarity trader.

  • Increased cost of Corrupted Spellbook by one, since it is so many more ways to farm Skelos Shards and Fragments now, more tweaks to recipes in the future.

  • Increased spellbook requirement for God Krystallions slightly. This is because you can reliably get them from avatar bounties and now there are lots of ways to get fragments through bounties etc...

  • Increased damage of zombies and wraiths.

  • Increased health of zombies and wraiths slightly, due to the increased buff damages.

  • Increased armor value of Council Armor.

  • Added map marker to Meruvian Camp by the dam.

  • Added two new heavy armor sets based on the Godbreaker Armor, one learned with Corruptionist Arsenal (30% increase in armor from Godbreaker) which grants bonus movespeed for full set, and one with Scourgesteel Arsenal (10% increase in armor from Crystalbreaker Armor), which returns some of the damage dealt to you back to your attacker if you have the full armor set.

  • Increased damage for charge attacks on my katanas by quite a bit.

  • Added a prevention for the Molten Spider from getting stuck in the walls of the ancient cave dungeon.

  • Fixed visible fog overlapping by Ancient Cave Entrance

  • Lots of more stuff and fixes I probably forgot to mention.

0.19.3 - Fixes for attributes

I am sorry about the short time between updates, people were not happy with the attribute bonus changes so now I made them closer to vanilla again and added the option for server owners to customize the attribute bonuses

Changes:
  • Adjusted EEWA default Strength, Accuracy attribute bonuses to be closer to vanilla.

  • Increased CQC spell modifiers to almost it's old value.

  • Updated guide with new info.

  • Added the option for server owners to customize the bonuses you gain from attributes (not perks). Commands can be found here.

  • Reverted knockout resistance for Meruvian Sentries.

Changes:
  • Added a max range to Wraith teleport. If range is exceeded it will return home (spawn position).

  • Reduced CQC spell damage modifiers.

  • You can now apply smites to the Afflicted Being.

  • Reduced Armor and Health on Ancient Cave enemies.

  • Fixes to combo loops.

  • Reduced spell armor penetration slightly.

  • Added custom attribute modifiers, you gain less damage bonus from Strength and Accuracy (about half) but increased bonuses from Agillity (Armor) and Vitality (Health) now. (Will make customizable in the future.)

  • Fixed some repair requirements for some items, more tweaks to this in the future.

  • Infernal Weapons can now be dismantled for God Krystallions at the dismantling bench.

  • Adjusted damage values on arrows and bows slightly.

  • Fixed an issue that caused Meruvian Sentinel armor to not be crafted reliably. (Will take part of set bonus in the future)

  • Increased durabillity of Katana of Yamato from 1950 -> 5000

  • Increased Soulrend damage slightly and decreased time between ticks.

  • Increased all EEWA greatswords damage.

  • Slightly increased damage of infernal weapons.

  • Fixed incorrect spawn timer for Meruvian Sentries.

  • Increased health of Meruvian Sentries, this will apply for thralls too.

  • Increased knockout resistance for Meruvian Sentries.

Changes:
  • Increased armor on Monstrosities.

  • Decreased filesize further.

  • Added custom harvest loot table for Monstrosities

  • Alpha Monstrosity now may drop a fragment of power on death.

  • Added several new Monstrosity types, including a Noxius Monstrosity that is surrounded by a Noxius Gas cloud.

  • Decreased health of Scourge Giants, Demons and Demon King.

  • Wandering Spirits now slow you when they die as well.

  • Wandering Spirits now drop their essence like Wraiths do, you have to pick it up.

  • Wandering Spirit, may now have another surprise after exploding, previous implementation did not work properly.

  • Made some changes to the portal dungeon.

  • Improved Wraith Essence drop functionality.

  • When Monstrosities die they will now more reliably damage anyone in their splash radius. This will now also knockback you.

  • Added Formed Monstrosities (Fleshy, bloody ones) that are not timed to the spawntable for admins to use.

  • Added Hyperarmor to Monstrosity attacks.

  • Increased range for Monstrosity attacks slightly.

  • Added Hyperarmor to last heavy of Frostmourne and Rebellion.

  • Decreased Feline Mount Speed slightly. Changed some animations.

  • Increased Hemoglob Heal duration by 0.5 seconds.

  • Fixed an issue with lances on Feline and Shoebill Pets.

  • Reduced glow of Spirit Horse further.

  • Fixed an issue with Burning Sword of the Meruvian recipe.

  • Slightly increased damage of burning buff.

  • Some other minor adjustment to particle locations and stuff.

Hope you all had fantastic holidays and a great new years, to celebrate the new year, enjoy this content-filled update with lots of fixes and improvements as well! :D

Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with particles for critical weapons and thorn particles not proccing.

  • Reduced glow on Spirit Horse.

  • Reduced the health on the Spirit Horse, was unintentionally strong.

  • Fixed incorrect info on Firemine Spell.

  • Added some extra collision and climb blockers to my dungeons.

  • Blood Stained Journal may now be dismantled for ingredients.

  • Reduced crafting costs of corruptionist weapons.

  • Added vocal pain call for burning buff.

  • Soulrend no longer counts as Cripple.

  • Increased cost of Box of Goodies slightly.

  • Fixed some incorrect repair items for some weapons.

  • Increased damage of Meruvians as they were underperforming for the supposed challenge they are meant be.

  • Increased damage of the Bigger Scourge Demon and the Scourge Demon King. Also slightly increased the damage of the Scourge Giants.

  • Reduced damage needed to proc Pumping Heart Hemoglob Armor Set Bonus.

  • Burning no longer counts as poison.

  • Fixed 2h spear types from the mod not being able to be used horseback.

  • Reduced Soulrend slow on NPCs.

  • Reduced thrall damage from NPCs on some buffs.

  • Fixed an issue causing knockback loops with Council Armor.

  • Removed message about having now learned to use the Mysterious Obelisk.

  • Fixed an issue that caused Revigorating Honor to count as heal over time and get cancelled when taking damage.

  • Increased Revigorating Honor Heal slightly.

  • Moved some NPCs around at the Tower of Bats.

  • Added Shoebill and Feline Mounts (Tigers etc).

  • Wendigo has been replaced with Meruvian Fire Spirit that uses the Flame Spell and a new Fire Sword that it may drop the recipe for. When it takes damage it may release a fire AoE that burns anyone in the area, this includes NPCs that share the same faction. Upon death it will explode into a violent fireball, but will drop items like normal.

  • Added a trader that you can buy new rare items from, like the new mounts and more. May be found near Bucaneer Bay.

  • Updated interactive map.

  • Updated information for several items.

  • Reduced Council Enemies aggro range.

  • Updated vastly underused Silkwood area by the jungle, is now called Wraithwood, this is where several of the new enemies mentioned below spawn.

  • Added two totally new custom NPCs, with custom animations, textures, features, particles and more.

  • Wraith, a new dangerous enemy that can teleport and finish off any fleeing enemies. As well as periodically spawn in Formed Monstrosities that die after a little while. The Wraith can only be damaged through debuff damage, weapons will not deal any damage to the Wraiths. On death they will drop their essence, which you may pick up by walking nearby it. If you leave it, it will automatically dissappear after a while.

  • Monstrosity (Zombie), a new easy to kill and dodge enemy that deals tons of damage. They are slow, but if they get up to you, it will hurt. Resistant to arrows. On death they will shred their skin, spreading gore and flesh around it. This will create an area that can cripple you for a short period. There is also an alpha version that is stronger and can leap at their enemies.

  • Wraith Essence is very valuable and can be used at the new trader or the Mysterious Obelisk.

  • Added Rebellion Sword (Devil May Cry) back into the mod, which will be available in the Ultradimensional Feat after I update the addon mod. Otherwise admin spawnable

  • Reduced several 4k textures to 2k, decreasing filesize of the mod.

Had to fix a critical issue, sorry for any inconvenience! And happy holidays!

Changes:
  • Fixed a critical issue with the new Soulrend buff, causing it to drop enemies insanely fast.

  • Reduced Meruvian Gravedigger and Sentinel damage output by about 20%

  • Hopefully fixed an issue that could cause the Molten Spider to get stuck on top of the fog in the Ancient Cave

  • Moved entrance to Ancient Cave boss a bit further outwards, to leave more room by the entrance.

  • Increased first light attack speed of Javelin of the Forsaken by about 15%

  • Fixed some spelling rrrors.

  • Decreased damage and speed of attacks of Scourge Giants and Demons and updated effects.

  • Decreased damage of Scourge Undead and Molten Caboose (Ooze).

  • Increased health of Ancient Cave dungeon enemies to account for above changes.

  • Slightly decreased damage of Molten Spider.

  • Adjusted stamina costs across majority of the weapons. Will now start lower on the first feats and gradually increase. Will be tweaked more in future.

  • Balance changes will be a constant, trying to continously maintain a good balance as good as I can.

  • Fixed some missing bleed trace particles for dual wielded weapons

  • Burning Buff will now tick at a faster rate but with lower damage, also has unique burning particle.

  • Slightly reduced extra npc damage from cqc spell due to the recent base damage increase.

  • Soulrend will now stack like normal buffs and timer will be increased if you apply it again.

I wanna make sure all weapons in the mod are fun, balanced and fair, but it can sometimes be hard to strike a balance, hopefully this update will help bring some of the spells in the mod up a few notches, making them more powerful, while also remaining fair. Continous balance changes will always be a thing as I monitor the community's amazing feedback.

Changes:
  • Adjusted, increased a majority of the spells' damage and AP

  • Fire Mine Spell now deals significantly more damage, the low damage was unintended.

  • CQC Spells now only have one collision check, so they won't totally destroy shields and won't apply several buff applications.

  • Refined collision (hitbox) of CQC spells.

  • Due to another mod or a vanilla issue, messages about feats can sometimes get spammed, this should no longer be the case as they will only be able to popup once per session.

  • Reduced casting speed of some Spells.

  • Reduced Stamina Costs of some Spells and Weapons.

  • Mitra's Waraxe Thorns will only apply every 5 seconds, to prevent juggling enemies.

  • Reworked heal for Hemoglob, is now very short but will heal a larger chunk of health.

  • Reduced speed of first Javelin of the Forsaken attack to prevent Javelin spam. Still combos very quick.

  • Reduced Meruvian Set bonus to +20 stat bonus from +24

  • Mitra's Virtue will now get removed 2.4 seconds after taking damage from a weapon.

  • Warming Heal will now get removed 1.6 seconds after taking damage from a weapon.

  • Added a new buff to Corruptionist Arsenal weapons, Soulrend, which cripples your opponent and deals medium true damage every buff tick. Can only be applied again after the current buff has expired.

  • Prevented Javelin of the Forsaken from being modded to fix an issue with not being able to use the ranged attack afterwards, I believe this is the only fix for now.

  • Slightly increased costs of Corruptionist Arsenal Weapons.

  • Increased duration and bonuses of Blood Magic Strength Bonus.

  • Removed Stamina Cost when getting hit wearing Council Armor, now getting staggered when you have no stamina will delay your stamina regeneration instead. Incentivising Stamina management more.

  • Reduced Stagger duration of Council Armor Set Bonus to only 0.3 seconds.

  • Increased Child of Ignild buff duration, buff tick amounts and damage. Survival stat will no longer reduce these effects.

  • Improved some heals further.

  • Reduced base damage of admin spawnable Jedi and Sith NPCs, easier to tweak via Pippi NPC Spawner now.

  • Updated guide, including lots of more buff information.

  • Reworked Armor Weight calculation, made more simple.
    Depending if your current armor type is calculated as medium or heavy, you will suffer extra stamina costs when dodging, light armor suffers no extra stamina costs. Medium armor will cost 6% of your max stamina when rolling, Heavy armor will cost 10%, however, the amount of stamina being drained can be reduced with increasing Grit and Encumberance stats. If your armor value is below 600, you do not suffer these negative effects, even in medium or heavy armor.
