UPDATE 1.7 "The Destiny of Yugoslavia" and "China Revive"

CHANGES:

*(AI only) This modification is purposed to only avoid an attack of Germany before spring 1941.
- Join the Axis: historically, Yugoslavia signed the Tripartite Pact the 25 march 1941 but then a internal state coup happen. In game, Yug now try to join the Axis before Germany attacks after its last pressur ultimatum. After that, communist will grow into the country (the 7 march 1945, communist lead by Tito will form a provisional government, the « Democratic Federal Yugoslavia ».
