Note that you will be able to listen it with the Anschluss focus completion, but it will be invalidated if you choose to refuse the Anschluss by the event that come some days later. Is you choose the accept Anschluss (as it is the content of the speech), the game will end but the speech sound will remain

FIXES:
China Soviet Republic == national anthem conditions from a foreign country.
France == conditions added to prevent the "Victory of the Popular Front" to be available twice in case of using the mod "Historical Leaders Replacements"

Austria == the speech text have been translated in all 10 languages of the game (with the newest, Korean)

The decision "The last polish radio broadcast" haw now more precise triggers and will appear before the capitulation of the country.

The decision "We shall not submit to the diktat of violence" now triggers the correct speech.
