Fixed an issue with the caching system that caused problems when power integrators and another kind of integrator were connected to the same building.
Buildings now unregister their tickability when uninstalled and reinstalled.

Post System Wake quests now have proper points assigned, so raids and bases aren't always one enemy.
System Wake is now enabled by default (if you haven't run the mod already).
