Update: the map edge oval intersection that had two highway ramps backwards has been removed. It has no effect on gameplay, so rather than fix it and the decorative country highway it fed. was deleted entirely. If you have the oval intersection because you started with the first version of the map, no need to worry. You don't have to go repair it. It served as decoration only.
