Minor fixes

Well, at least, now it is fixed. Have a nice game.

- Mod has been updated for 1.8.* version.
- Economic focuses for every of four paths have been added.
- Paths have been rebalanced:
1) Now the ultimatum on Poland is only possible, if you join Comintern
2) Fourth Internationale path has been nerfed. The influence of communism now is less effective.
3) Fifth Internationale path got new focuses: 'Red Balkans' and 'Revolution by force'.
4) Focus 'Establish NVA' is added, which gives you more generals and returns 'General staff' bonus
5) Comintern path has been expanded.
- New news events for:
1) Ultimatum on Austria
2) Ultimatum on Poland
3) Fifth and Fourth Internationales Establishments
4) Revolution in England
5) Socialist World Republic formed
- New events, that will popup during second civil war.
- Now it is more likely that Poland or Austria reject your ultimatum.
- Minor decisions changes.
- Second civil war has been a bit rebalanced. Now it is a litlle harder to destroy military junta.
- Minor bugs fixes.
- Added more musical compositions. Their number now is 34.
- Music player has been fully localised.

- Your country color, name and flag is going to change, depending of the branch you've chosen to follow

- Added custom setting for Germany to go down the Comitern path.
