Bugfix for Daruma Trinket

Update to Shougorou's "Soothing Tone" Giving it a 1/2/3% chance to crit
Daruma Trinket now has 140% debuff chance, but +crits rec. debuff has been reduced from 10%>8%
Hyakume's Dodge has been increased from 16>33, but he now has a debuff reducing his dodge by 15 if the torch goes above 75 (This is to reflect the light sensitive nature of the Hyakume as well as give him a small buff).

An assortment of small updates:
Fixed typos and incorrect strings
Reworked Anti's Trinket and made several balance changes to some other trinkets (check spreadsheet for details)
The base game and Dlc's heroes' SI trinkets shouldn't spawn in place of ancestral or CC trinkets anymore. (Can only be obtained in SI). Modded hero's trinkets can still be found outside of SI.
Kasa-Obakes can no longer use "Furtive Retreat" when it's by itself. This is to reduce the chance of it forcing the player to wait for reinforcements.
Chance to get base game's treasures/gems in SI has been decreased, while the chance to get SI's special treasures/gems in SI has been increased. (More mon bundles, woodcuts, koban, and tea bowls in SI)

Small balance update/bugfix related to Oni
Reduced Damage on "Pummel" by 1 point min and max on all difficulties
Reduced base crit, but increased crit scaling on oni (Marginally reduces crit at champ)
Reduced Damage on "Skull Bash" considerably on all difficulties. (Allows for a more optimal punish)
Fixed small error on Champ difficulty Oni where his crit was much lower than it should've been.

Added slight tint alterations to Kappa, should be slightly more red with higher difficulties.
Made Samurai miniboss not break tint for CoM

Big changes to both the Vengeful Spirit and Stone Lions Bossfights

Stone Lions:
Changes made to make the Lion's the primary threat, not the actor dot.
"Miasmic Rake's" actor dot chance reduced from 100% > 65% chance
Actor dot now only reduces blight resist debuff on increment
Actor dot applies blight to entire part including self on completion
Removed Healing received debuff on completion
Actor dot animations changed heavily
Komainu and Shishi's dmg buffs received from attacks on the other increased from 10% > 12% (still lasts whole battle though)
Komainu and Shishi's debuff resist increased by 30% (60%>90%)

Vengeful Sprit:
Changes made to make the Anchor play a role in the fight.
Samurai's turns per round lowered to 2 > 3
Dmg slightly decreased on all moves
"Rampant Spear" now has a 4 turn cooldown from 3 rd (Shuffles should occur less often)
Shackling Anchor's turns per round increased from 0 > 1
Can now use a new move: "The Undertow" That increases party's stress. Makes the battle much more time based.
Equine Rebuttal no longer causes damage to the Shackling Anchor
