Large update:
- changes to mounts (see new description)

- various improvements to magic, better seperation between lord and hero casters
- various improvements and tweaks that I discovered along the way

Went over the entire mod and fixed lots of oversights and mistakes.

- added a variety of skill synergies to help the AI progress through their skill lines
- Beastmen will focus more on army and less on campaign skills which may or may not help them to survive
- Norsca and Vampire Counts got a couple of army skill selection tweaks

Added rules for the Lore of Wild, which didn't have any in vanilla or this mod. Whoops.

Updated the Wood Elf content of the patch
