Added a version number for the mod in the debug log so I can tell if the issues people are having are because they are stuck on an older version before the fixes.

Subsurface conduits will no longer cause errors when power generators are placed on top of them.

In my quest to figure out how to automatically delete the conduits when a generator is placed on top of them I ended up optimizing a bunch of stuff. Ultimately I failed, but the changes I made will probably cause any existing subsurface conduits in 1.3 to delete themselves and throw up a bunch of errors the first time you load a game, so I've that that going for me.

But whatever. 1.3 is a mess right now so I guess this was as good a time as any for this to happen.
