Removed the Double Shoulder carry.

Fixed not being able to put weapons onto your back.
Added janky but fully functional double weapon carry on back.

Fixed Auto weapons not being Autofire,
Fixed M14 Magazine
Fixed M14Sight Alignment
Fixed Crashes

Known-Some weapons float on weapon rack, not possible to fix.
Lee Enfield scope floating, didnt want to add more scopes in just for
one gun diluting attachments further.
Textures for the most part are placeholder.
You can pick up weaponrack with guns on. Working on it.
