re-compile with the latest ADK

Now this mod should not use any spoil time
and give correct item and support any mod that using Core file ex. Stack mod.

- Fixed incorrect amount of Element Shard.
- Adjust craftable Element.

Now the mod should give you correct ELEMENT and SHARD when others mod override them.

No need to learn Engrams
- Remove Engram to learn except craftable Element Engram(Admin can Disable or Override crafting cost.)

Rework crafting table and recompile with genesis.
