Dev Notes:
Before this update if you didn't have Man The Guns, the USA was a mess and pretty much unplayable. I have ensured that now players without MTG will be able to enjoy the USA. I removed and added so much that I can't really give you a net balance. I can just say that the CSA can now leave the USA without automatically triggering war. I would also say that there is even more in the USA focus tree than you can see. The Huey Long branch only shows up after FDRs first new deal and then only if the CSA doesnt exist. Anyhow there is now also an industry section in the USA a couple new starting ideas that you can mess with.

I added the new Norway focus tree this update. I have quite a few more focuses in mind for Norway but my main efforts from now on will focus on a renovated USA tree, and getting ready for the 1.9 update.

Dev Notes:
Hungary (my fav) is even more fun to play now. If you want to use the new focus make sure you change the game rule to have the Kaiser take power in Germany. Its a fun ride.

I am moving forward in my work on the focus tree for Norway. I have 35 of the ~75 focuses in the political part of the tree done. The Military and Economic sections wont take long. I hope to have it done by the new year but no promises.

In addition to the above I have continued to add formable puppets. In the past they have been mostly german puppets for China, East Indies, Central America, & Africa. In this update I add one for France called UA or African Union (in French). It basically frees the player from having to manage African territory. I know about OAF but I was looking for something to encompass all African territory.
