Dev Notes:
This update has more than meets the eye. I changed the French focus tree quite a bit in this update. While it's true I added 8 only focuses, I probably modified 30 focuses. I shortened a lot of focuses from 200 days, 150 days, and 100 days down to 70 days.

Dev Notes:

Britain Updates: I added the Parliament system to Britain, added some focuses and shortened a lot of focuses from 100 to 70 days. I have begun to design coalition mechanics and elections.

Germany: I added Karribean Bund, Mittelafrika, and Ostindien. All of these are decision-created puppet nations. Mittelafrika has a non-fictional history but I regret that I can't say the same of KB and OI. Karribean Bund is a German formable for the caribbean island you may control. Ostindien means east indies and is pretty much what you would expect.
