Dev Notes: As you can see this is what might be called the Turkey Update. I added tons of focuses and events to Turkey and it is now a pretty interesting country.

Warning: I haven't configured the completed focuses for the 1933 scenario. So for the time being just play the 1930 scenario if you want to play as Turkey.
