Theorist list refactored:

- Romeo Bernotti has been added as "Naval Aviation Pioneer", but it will be available only after having completed "Carrier Effort" focus. Romeo Bernotti tried to convince the fascist regime about the importance of aircraft carriers, but he was unheard;
- Renato Sandalli and Italo Balbo have been swapped. Now Italo Balbo is a "Air Warfare Theorist" that fits more with his attitude: he did not decide which kind of approach Italy should follow on the air warfare - air dominion like Douhet said in the past or assault aviation like Mecozzi - so the 'general one' is perfect;
- Rodolfo Graziani and Emilio De Bono have been swapped. Now Emilio De Bono is a "Grand Battleplan Expert", since historically he has never been chief of the italian army and the Ethiopian invasion was successfully planned by De Bono (not by Graziani);
- Alberto Pariani has been added as "Military Theorist" (he theorized the 'binary division');
- Enrico Fermi has been added as "Nuclear Scientist" and it will be removed if "Support Mussolini" focus will be completed.

Chief of Army list refactored:

- Pietro Badoglio has been upgraded to "Expert" level, since he was a good field marshal. But he also gained the "Old Guard" trait, since his ideas were outdated;
- Rodolfo Graziani now is a "Army Defense" specialist, since he was chief of the italian army from 1939 to 1941 and he focused his warfare on defense and entrenchment;
- Federico Baistrocchi has been added as "Army Reformer" specialist. During his term as chief of the italian army (1934-1936), he tried to reform and upgrade the royal army.

Chief of Navy list refactored:

- Inigo Campioni has been removed from the list, since he has never been the chief of italian navy;
- Raffaele De Courten has been added as "Commerce Raiding" specialist, since during the interwar period he was in charge of submarines and destroyers. He was chief of the italian navy from 1943;
- Domenico Cavagnari now has "Decisive Battle" trait, since he set up a development program focused mainly on battleships;
- Arturo Riccardi now has "Naval Maneuver" trait, since his activity as chief of the italian navy was focused on protecting convoys and light ships.

Chief of Airforce list refactored:

- Renato Sandalli has been added as "Ground Support" expert, since he was an excellent bombers captain during the Ethiopian war. He has been chief of the italian airforce from 1943;
- Giuseppe Valle has been added as "Air Safety" specialist. He has been chief of the italian airforce from 1928 to 1939 and he was focused about the aircraft reliability;
- Rino Corso Fougier has been upgraded to "Expert" level.

Military High Command list refactored:

- Inigo Campioni has been added as "Screen" specialist, since he successfully completed escort mission in the Adriatic sea during WW1 and basically he has a really defensive approach on Naval Warfare;
- Ettore Bastico has been added as "Army Logistic" specialist, since he warns Rommel on the logistic problems in Africa.

Fixed naval equipments (with 'Man the Guns' DLC):

- Some naval technologies (Advanced Torpedo II and Improved Airplane) are now available from start (as it really was);
- Ships in pipeline reflects the real fleet under construction during 01/1936;
- Navy composition has been completely refactored (available only with MtG) and now it accurately reflects the characteristics of each class. For simplicity some classes have been merged, so now there are:
. 'Conte di Cavour' (Conte di Cavour and Giulio Cesare ships) and 'Andrea Doria' (Andrea Doria and Caio Duilio ships) as Early BB;
. 'Littorio' (Littorio and Vittorio Veneto ships) as 1936 BC (Littorio class should be a BB class, but it was really really fast and it fits better with a BC armor);
. 'San Giorgio' as CD; 'Zara' (Zara, Fiume, Gorizia and Pola ships) and 'Trento' (Trento, Trieste and Bolzano ships) as Early HC;
. 'Taranto', 'Bari' and 'Giussano' (including also 'Cadorna' class) as Early LC; 'Montecuccoli', 'Duca d'Aosta' and 'Duca degli Abruzzi' as 1936 LC;
. 'Generali' (including also: 'Insidioso', 'Audace', 'Rosolino Pilo', 'Mirabello', 'Sirtori' and 'La Masa' classes), 'Turbine' (including also 'Leone' and 'Sauro' classes) and 'Navigatori' (including also: 'Palestro', 'Curtatone' and 'Sella' classes) as Early DD; 'Maestrale' (including also 'Dardo' and 'Folgore' classes) and 'Spica' (including 'Perseo' and 'Climene' subtypes) as 1936 DD;
. 'Bragadin' (including also 'X' class), 'Balilla' and 'Settembrini' (including also: 'H', 'Fieramosca', 'Mameli', 'Vettor Pisani', 'Bandiera', 'Argonauta', 'Sirena' and 'Squalo' classes) as Early SS; 'Foca' (including also 'Micca' class), 'Perla' (including also 'Argo' class) and 'Calvi' (including also 'Archimede' and 'Glauco' classes) as 1936 SS.

New National Spirits:

- Economic Sanctions: it consume political power and reduce the possibility to trade (a month later the end of the Ethiopian war the sanctions will be revoked);
- Incompetent Officers: penalties on land doctrines and in general on land warfare (it can be removed with specific focus);

A new Focus Tree:

- path for colonial investments;
- path for autarky with some historical national reforms (National Bank, 40 hours per Week, creation of the CRN, ...);
- path for military upgrades (useful to remove military penalties);
- path for air research, including the CR. 42 project that allows 'Macchi' designer aircraft and the Fiat CR.42 fighter with historical stats (Gun = 0; Ran. = 3; Eng. = 5; Rel. = 5);
- path for Regia Marina, with the choice to increase the naval production (at the expense on the factory output) and the choice to go with battleships or switch to carriers;
- historical path with Mussolini and the Pact of Steel;
- alternative fascist path with Dino Grandi instead of Mussolini that does not allow the Pact of Steel;
- alternative not-aligned path with king Umberto II and the possibility to sign a new London Pact;
- alternative communist path.

Fixed aircraft equipments:

- 1933 bomber is the S.M.81 'Pipistrello' (it fits better: its first flight was in 02/1934, while the Caproni Ca. 101 was in 1928 and it was mostly used as transport plane);
- 1936 tactical bomber BR.20 'Cicogna' is now available from start (its first flight was in 02/1936, so it has been researched before!);
- Fiat CR.42 is not available from start, since it was built in 1938. Now it will be available through a specific focus ('CR. 42 project') and it will fit the historical stats;
- 1944 fighter is the Macchi C.207 (there were built only 2 prototypes in 1943, but Fiat G.55 was a 1942 fighter!).

New designers available:

- 'Savoia-Marchetti' has a new special designer profile that increases Naval Bombers and Tactical Bombers (as it really was: Savoia-Marchetti developed really good tactical bombers that have been successfully used as naval bombers too and in this way the bonus for the heavy fighter has been removed, since italian heavy fighters were really bad);
- 'AGIP' is a new Industrial Concern (as 'Refining Concern') that is available after having completed a specific focus ('Prospect for Oil'). AGIP was founded in 1926 to supply Italy with the hydrocarbons it needed).

Update: Dec 19, 2018 @ 1:30am

- Small Navy refactor (without MtG): added Subs and LC level 2 from start (Perla Class subs were laid down from 1935, while Duca degli Abruzzi from 1933). Improved Zara and Giulio Cesare classes to better fit the historical stats;

TODO: explain it better!
