- Added save/load presets. Allowing you to re-use your skirmish settings.

- Added weapon upgrades
- Fixed title for custom screens
- Added items filter, now you will have less clutter while still benefiting the list loading modded items.
- Added option to show the template name of items

- Utility items no longer hides conflicting items, but grey them out instead with a tooltip message
