Completely redid the mod, made it modular to not use any standard files and fixed some bugs (so now the inventory does not spill over into the 'buy back' tab).

As it does not use any standard files, the merchants now have only one tab as in the standard as well (but then the multiple tabs would have conflicted with the BagMod in my merge anyway)
