Thanks, very much. Didn't know about that. I'm having a problem, though. The better loot colors aren't showing up. I believe it's the synergies compatibility pack that removes the better loot colors, but I'm not certain.

Ok, I tested and confirmed that the problem is present in the Aegis Crypt. I downloaded Aegis Crypt separately, installed it with synergies, and played on LAN. The first player in the game would get kicked when the second joined, just like what happens with the Mamba Core pack. I recommend removing the Aegis crypt from the core pack, or somehow making it so that the synergy compatibility pack removes the aegis crypt when it is installed.

Now that I think about it, I remember reading somewhere that Synergies has a glitch when paired with mods that add dungeons, which causes multiplayer games to crash. I may have the details slightly off, but I wonder if the aegis crypt is what's causing the crash. If it is, could we have a synergies compatible version that doesn't include that dungeon?

Another note, that my shared stash was only 1 page when I had this mod, the extended mod, and the compatibility mods.

Loading only synergies and this mod (but not w/ synergies alone), the game crashes whenever anyone joins the server. I really was hoping that this mod would be stable, given how organized mamba seems to be. However, I must recommend against using this mod for multiplayer. Goodone seems to have made a thread detailing the same problem, which he's had playing with friends.

A while ago I had added the Change Difficulty mod but never released that, as it was causing some (relatively minor) problems, like <esc> not always getting you out of a popup screen.

I thought I had removed it from my 'current' version (as opposed to the published one) because of that, but it turned out I had not. So when comparing the 'previous' to the 'current' unpublished version it was in both when I expected it in neither. So when compiling the old one again, it also had the same problem. I realized this once I compared to the previous published version and removed its files for good.

This was the first time something as drastic as this happened due to the mod though, so not sure why that now happened, before it was just nuisance type issues, not game-breaking.

Haven't checked the class mods, so not sure if there are incompatibilities. I would load them after MCMM, so their files win and do not break the classes if there is any overlap.

MCMM already increases the drop rates, not sure how much compared to Highloot, but together it would be too much I guess. Also HL is not really compatible as it uses a file my mod uses as well, so I'd recommend skipping it.

Hey Mamba, just a couple of questions. If we use any custom classes like the Dragoon, Double Agent, or Preacher, where should we put it in the mod order? (I don't plan on using the extended mod merge.) Also, does this bind to the save file? And is it necessary to use SynergiesHIGHLOOT if we want higher drop rates or does MCMM already increase them?

I can confirm this. The strange thing is that even when I compile the previous version again, I get the same behavior... verified integrity of GUTS and TL2.... hope I find what causes this soon

Something about this mod causes a rather odd glitch where I have two pets and can't talk to anyone. Any idea what's happening? (Not a compatibility error - it occurs when I have only this mod enabled, and doesn't otherwise.)

That is the issue, you can skip Synergies, any of my mods (MPC, MCMM, MEMM) but if you use any of them and synergies, you also need the compatibility pack (except the MPC one if you also use MCMM or MEMM, as they include that).
When I said mods, I meant Synergies, MPC, MCMM and MEMM, the comp packs you need based on which mods you pick, they were not meant to be optional. Sorry for that confusion.

Just to be sure, you are also loading my Synergies Compatibility Pack, after Synergies and MCMM ? It is somewhat outdated (Synergies is moving fast), it still might be an issue, but certainly less likely.

I changed it around a but, because I found always getting 1 drop too predictable. The average drop rate is still one, but there is a 25% chance for none to drop, a 20% chance for two to drop and a 5% chance for three to drop, or something like that.

@mamba, Sir, may I know if Hene's Golden Chest with Uniques is working? Or did you lower the drop rate? Uniques isn't a guaranteed drop from locked golden chest. Is that normal?

I am not aware of an issue between FE and MCMM, but there is one with Synergies in MP.

Will have to try to fiind that, but it is elusive.

@mamba - looks like a great set of packs. Unfortunately we are encountering a multiplayer crash issue while trying to use Far East expansions 1 and 2 and Synergies. We did a fair amount of elimination troubleshooting and found that the conflict has something to do with this pack, MCMM. The most lightweight combo we tried that caused the crash (host's game crashes when other person joins) was:

MCMM Synergies Compatibility Pack
MCMM - Mamba's Core Mod Merge
Far East Pack 1
Far East Preview Pack 2
SynergiesMOD

Far East works with Synergies MOD by itself. I saw a previous post in which someone had a conflict with Far East and MCMM, but I didn't see anything about whether there was any light shed on it. Is it known to be incompatible?

No, it is not included, I had it as pat of MEMM a while ago, but since MEMM2 removed any class changes(I intend to put them into a separate mod).

There are no conflicts between MCMM and the tweaks, so you can load them both.

I see you asked the developer for permission back in Jun,'13. But I don't see you list the mod in your merge pack. Would it be redundant if I use Haette's mod with yours? Would it even be compatible?

No particular order / don't recall. Many have been updated since, so I merged changes on top of whatever order it was initially anyway.

Just start with the two bigger ones and go from there, order doesn't really matter. You will always have to compare the changes of any mod you add to the ones already included from other mods, so no changes get overwritten if another mod contains the same file.

On a more serious note, this is only a minor convenience in the grand scheme of things. If it were not in, you could open a portal at the beginning of areas where you consider it prudent to get around the resurrection costs.
So this is just a more convenient way of accomplishing the same.
