Fixed issue where the schematic merge feature for the Chassis and BIT items would not apply.
Removed vanilla schematic cost adjusters from XComUpdateSpark.ini (as that was what was causing the issue).

- Removed the broken perk First Law of Robotics from the second SPARK bondmate tier and replaced it with the standard Stand By Me ability. Should have done that before the mod was even released, but it flew under the radar for three months

Changed Haywire Protocol's description to allow it to say "BIT" and "SPARK" instead of "Gremlin" and "Specialist" when the ability is on a SPARK.
