Changes & Balance:
- Bullseye and Precision Shot have switched places. For a better thematic fit and intra-spec synergy, Precision Shot is now part of the Marksman spec, while Bullseye is part of the Rifleman spec.
- Student of the Blade's debuff radius was reduced to 4 tiles.
- The Support specialization now grants a grenade-only slot if you (a) choose / roll the specialization (when playing with limited specializations) or (b) when buying any perk from the specialization in vanilla RPGO

Fixes:
- All perks should now use their custom AP costs again instead of using the default costs for each rank

- The new "Random Classes" SWO in RPGO should now no longer roll specs from this mod that rely on specific primary weapons (sniper rifles, cannons, shotguns) as complementary specs when the primary spec doesn't give access to the required weapon.

Changes & Balance:
- Added meta data for this plugin's specializations for compatibility with a new SWO in a future update of the main mod
- Area Suppression and Lockdown switched places, meaning that Area Suppression is now available earlier.
- The default number of squaddie perks is now again 2, like in the main mod. Please use the SWO to adjust the number to your liking

Fixes:
- FINALLY fixed Slugshot's interaction with RPGO's shotgun changes. It now ignores both aim and damage penalties with range.

Misc:
- changed the way the additional squaddie perks are added. This should fix some rare bugs
- some code refactoring

- Reactivated the aptitude perk "War Hero" (APT_NobleScion) that is deactivated in the main RPG Overhaul mod because it is very strong. However, since the great number of perks added by this mod make it fairly rare, I've decided to make it available again. If you're playing with "I'm the Commander here" and choose to abuse this, that is your choice.
