Major Update - Unsubscribe-Resubscribe to get full effects

1. Uniforms overhauled to match later versions.
2. Graphics streamlined, much smaller overall mod size.
3. Backpacks removed (weakest point of the models/mesh, and also allow for fewer total models).

Reduced the size of the mod by 8mb by decreasing the size of the SPEC files by 25%. This should help to alleviate the mod crashing the game with a combined total of 900mb of space of mods.

Went through everything piece by piece to eliminate the errors from the log. At present, see no game errors. Most stable version.

Major fix, I redid the entity files, things seem to be better now.

Undid the last update (so hopefully stops crashes at sprites loading).
Implemented a possible graphics glitch fix (later models having graphics problems did not have cigarettes attached).
