Version 1.0.2
-Reduced chance for all tech slightly
-Added psionic jump drive and computer (this is pretty good for Utopia DLC owners)
-Psionic shields now requires "Telepathy" tech instead of "Psionic theory"
-"Jump dive" tech now requires "Hyperlane 3" to be researched, and chanced to research Jump drive increased
-Minor fixes
