- Fixed Imperial Federation news event firing 5 times (should only fire once now)

- Event for Overseas development of Commonwealth Countries finishing now only fires once, as intended.

- Archibald's picture in Burma should now show up.

- More fixes for the Iraqi coup events to stop them from immediately joining the Axis.

- Only one event should show up for Ba Maw's arrest (hopefully finially fixed).

- Another attempt at fixing issues with portraits showing up.

- Fixed discrepancies with existing and earned division templates, they now reflect the new method of desgning templates, and added the changes to the other starts (for non-NSB owners and 1939 starts).

- Fixed railroads missing in some provinces.

- Added trucks, trains and armoured cars to the starting production lines.

- Once again fixed issues with the unitstacks.txt file. (Has to be redone every major update; hard to catch everything in one pass.)

- Changed some of the file structure in localisation to increase compatibility.

- Fixed an oversight with the series of events regarding Britain's intervention in Iran.

- Changed some of the file structure for B.O.'s decision files.

- Fixed oversights with events, including the issue with the Burmese Leader event.

- Fixed more typoes in the localisation.

- Standardised the the time it takes for NFs that unlock operations to 28 days for Democratic U.K.

- Changed how Intervention in Iran/Operation Countenance is initiated. It now starts with a decision (unlocked with the NF, interacting with the USSR) and is now a timed operation. Persia/Iran will now join the Axis (most likely) if the operation takes too long.

- Updated effected states in the focus tree and certain events that were overlooked to the new i.d. numbers.

- Made an event fired by the "Home Defence" NF hidden (another oversight).

- Changed the amount of time it takes for the "Home Defence" NF from 7 days to 35.

- Changed the requirements for the "Special Air Service" NF so that AAT owners need certain doctrine tenets instead of the other non-AAT Special Forces tech. The requirement remains the same for non-AAT owners.

- Updated more localisation.

- Tweaked pre-requisite for the "Tizard mission" NF regarding a.i.

- Moved the "Royal Marines" NF again, and moved the "Amphibious Logistics" NF to be underneath the latter.

- No longer need the 1944 Heavy Ship hull technology pre-requisite for the "Vanguard" NF.

- Added a National Spirit in the "Royal Marines" NF, called "British Royal Marines".

- Added convoys and floating harbours to the "Amphibious Logistics" NF.

- Change the mutually excusive mechanic between "Maintain Colonial Policy" and "Revisit Colonial Policy". They're now both able to be done under certain (not any) conditions. Historical Focuses being turned on at the game setup effects this.

- Railroaded the player and a.i. a fair bit more by default with Historical Focuses turned on. If you want crazy ahistorical options, turn off Historical Focuses or set the rule in the game setup to have no restrictions. Viable ahistorical options remain (with Historical Focuses on), such as going No More Appeasement, and other paths.

- Tweaked values for a.i. acceptance of Imperial Conference decision events. They now much more likely to accept if diplomatic pressure is applied, but they're all guaranteed to refuse to form the Imperial Confederation, if historical focuses are turned on.

- Fixed an oversight with a.i. choices for ideology paths (involves Coronation & Cable Street).

- Added the medium armoured type of self-propelled guns to the benefits provided by the National Spirit "Self Propelled Support", which is acquired by doing the "Mechanise the Artillery" NF, but removed the tank and tank destroyer units.

- Added a tooltip for the "Military Training Act" NF.

- The "Rebuild the Empire" NF in the ahistorical branch is no longer available to the communist path.

- Added a National Spirit called "Defence of the Homeland" that the "Home Defence" NF now gives.

- S.A.S. Brigades can now exfiltrate from coasts; (owners of AAT) can conduct sabatoge and benefit from paradropping abilities with the appropriate special forces doctrines.

- Incorporated most changes for the U.K. and the map that were done by Paradox up to patch 1.13.3. (Some changes weren't relevant.)

- Added an overlooked NF from Vanilla (MtG DLC) called Fate of the Royal Family, since Norway (AAT DLC) now calls for it.

- Added some graphical assets for division templates that are useful for the U.K.

- Fixed an issue with getting Lord Halifax's character appearing under a specific circumstance.

- Added an event that gets Burma's leader Ba Maw arrested in 1940 and replaced, then another for his return to normal politics.

- Added a decision for Japan to allow it to make Burma into an Imperial Protectorate in the same way that Reorganised Nationalist China can be setup.

- For owners of AAT, boni for M.I.O.s have been added to the military development branch of the Focus Tree.

- Added the Golden Square Coup event in Iraq, which then allows the Iraqis to interact with the Axis (and Japan if they really want to, if the Japaneses can). Britain now has a timed mission to intervene to get Iraq under its control.

- Many minor bug fixes (typos, etc).

- Added forts to a new Yugoslavian territory introduced in 1.12 for the "Dinaric Forts" focus.

- Increased the number of discounts for the Naval dosctrines in the "Command of the Sea" & "The British Kraken" focuses from 2 to 4

- Increased the starting efficiency of the Gloster Gladiator from 50% to 60%

- Further updated some files to comply with BBA (starting units).

- Changed the starting Motorised template to start with artillery and motorised recon, rearranged the slots for it.

- Changed the recon support company for the Royal Marines template to motorised recon support company.

- Changed starting production to include anto-air and anti-tank guns.

- Changed the template used by the "Reinforce the Far East" focus to have motorised recon and be designated as an Infantry Brigade, rather than Division.

- Added text icons and custom desriptions to some focuses.

- Added some conditions for the major Commonwealth countries in the "Empire Air Training Scheme" focus to check if they exist and are in Britain's faction

- Moved the "Royal Marines" focus and removed the transport tech bonus; down to x1 100% bonus (from x2)

- Added a new focus called "Amphibious Logistics", where "Royal Marines" was. Gives x2 bonuses to amphibious and transport tech.

(This is only ~40% of this total update that I intend to do)
