Features changes to signalling, scenery aspects in areas, layout-related features, etc.

Still working hard on fixing the minor leak just uphill from Olive Hill....


(I'll have the entire stretch of main line from olive hill to piker's peak entirely rebuilt/rerouted to have a better flow to the map by the third main update on my roadmap. This will also feature the removal of the S-curve.)

-Added experimental version gm_aoh_rr_v2 for bugtesting.

-some minor roadbed alignment problems near Bluebank
-the station at Sneedville needs to be rescaled
-other minor visual issues
