-Compatibility patch for 1.4.9
-Tech tree redone (mostly bottom, left and top quadrants)
-Curiosities added to tech tree (on 6th tier)
-Support modules rebalance
-Tons of new modules, new improvement, redone art of a ton of modules too.
-Part of the combat rebalance, rest will come later
-Small hacking rebalance
-Misc rebalance and bug fixes
