-Overhauled/remade the monarchy/democracy trees to be intertwined, including more of the basegame foci

-Made the economics a bit more detailed

-Fixed issues with Wilhelm II's death
-Added a lot of descriptions
-Fixed some other stuff that I can't remember, but it was fixed, I assure you

-Fixed an issue with the conditions for the Reichskommisariat focus
-Added ability to form Generalgouvernment Polen and Reichskommisariat Kaukasus
-Added ability to have Victoria III as monarchist country leader
-Added ability to change the flag of Fascist Germany to the vanilla flag
-Extended the Plan Z decisions to last longer and added a permanent idea
-Probably something else but I can't exactly rember what it is, oops.
