- Increased Horde Building Levels at start for Golden Horde and Ilkhanate
- Changed Almohad's starting army at Las Navas de Tolosa: Andalusian Thagriyyin and Hushud Rumat replaced with Maghrebi Tribesmen and Maghrebi Rumat. Andalusian Jinete replaced with Zanata Skirmish Cavalry and Badawi Arab Cavalry. Abid Infantry replaced with Abid Al-Makhzan.

- Battlefield Ground Effects introduced: Terrain types now provide Bonus and Malus to units in Battle.
- Hybrid Shock-Bow Cavalry have Parthian Shot and Shoot-while-Moving
- T3 Caparisoned Horse stats set to unarmoured charger horses.
- Abid al-Makhzan, Shaikh al-Ghuzat, and Huffaz now have Javelins
- Dismounted Hashiya as-Shaykh turned into Long-Spear unit (behaves as short pike inf with shields)
- Give Horse Archer shields
- Reduce Charge run Distances
- Arquebus range increased, AP damage reduced a bit traded with Normal Damage
- Set Civilian weapons to MK1212 standards
- Increased Longbow Bodkin damage a bit
- Reduced Pike cone of attack when in Pike Wall
- Add Expert Charge Defense attribute to Square Formation
- Increased English Retinue Longbowmen men count
- Increased Vlach and Moldavian Mosneni men count
