All Playable Campaign Factions now have their description

>New Playable Campaign Faction
Wales is now playable in the campaign, albeit not yet having victory conditions.

>Removal of Norway as Campaign
After lengthy deliberation, we decided to remove Norway from the Campaign for now.
Norway deserve to start with a land of their own, and not as a Attila-esque Horde. Therefore, we choose to keep Norway out until we can get a modified Campaign map.
They'll still be playable in Custom Battle, at the least.

>Marinids now start settled.
Attila Horde starts are too unpredictable, therefore Marinids now starts with the Rif region, just south of the Gibraltar.

>Foreign Camp Tribesmen Population Growth
Orthodox, Rus, Moor, and Central European factions' Foreigner Camp now generates Tribesmen population. This would help some factions to recruit specific types of unit which are recruited from population their culture does not have.
e.g. this will help Hungarian players to recruit Cuman units in campaign.

+>Other Campaign Changes
- Religion percentage requirement needed to change religion lowered to 10% (from 35% of vanilla)
- Settlement's Population Hard and Soft Cap display removed to avoid Settlement UI overflow causing the UI to blank out.
- Almohads starting funds reduced to 15000
- Town Square Buildings can be built more than one instance

+> Major Unit Changes

>Elite and Well-Trained Units now have the same men count as each others
In the previous version, Elite units have lesser men count to other units, which reduces their effectiveness. Now they would be more capable than before.

>Trebizond receive their own complete roster

>Crossbow Bolts type set as "arrow", enabling arced shots
This is a rollback to vanilla Atilla standards. Previously in MK1212, Crossbow can only shoot unobstructed targets. Now they can arc their shots over obstacles, increasing their flexibility in the field.

>Bosnia, Wallachia receive their own unitcards

>T1 Nicaea get their own unitcards

>New Landsknechte Units
HRE and Austria are able to recruit as a normal unit (not mercenaries):
- Landsknechte Pikeniere
- Landsknechte Buchsenschutzen
- Doppelsoldner Hellebardier
- Doppelsoldner Pikeniere

>Byzantine Factions' Tourkopouloi, Skythikoi, and Massagetoi Population Changed
From Foreigner Population, to Tribesmen population. As now Orthodox Foreigner Camp generate Tribesmen population, Byzantine players can use all of their Foreigner population to recruit Western Foreigner Units instead.
This will give Byzantine players more flexibility in Campaign.

>Bohemian Units' names now in Czech
