Graphic bug solved. (no more glowing at night/standing out in fog/rain)

Mod updated to Unity 2017

Replace pine log in axe, and pickaxe blueprints with 3 pine sticks (42)

Minor fix on crossbow (zombie/animal damage)

1. Replace the tape with vanilla colour.
2. Remove metal bars from all blueprints.
3. Remove required skill to craft and repair axe and pickaxe.
4. Lower required skill to craft and repair for crossbow, shotgun, and both SMGs and mags from 3 to 2.
5. Lower required skill to craft and repair for pistol and mag from 3 to 1.
6. Blueprints supplies tweaking.
6.1 Change gunpowder recipe to only give 1 gunpowder instead of 4.
