Fix for bug related to temperature damage effects
Updated Mutator custom Light and Heavy armor values to match Funcom balance changes
Updated Mutator custom combos enums list to account for new Funcom weapons and mod compatibility
Removed changes made to Sandstorm damage
Re-balanced Remnant of Grondar due to Funcom weapon combo changes
-No longer has lower heavy attack damage, flat damage raised slightly to account for slower attack speed
-Armor pen raised from 15% to 18%
Increased Stamina requirement on Jewel of Mu from 10 per swing to 15
Doubled stack size and crafting number of Vanir Windcutters to 20
Damage increased on Valusian Vipers from 45 to 58, Armor pen increased from 5% to 10%
Damage increased on Assassin's Throwing Daggers from 35 to 40, Armor pen increased from 18% to 22%
Weapon animations for Marauder's Cleaver changed to 2H Axe to better fit concept
Jhebbal Disciple helm no longer grants nightvision

Fix for Warriors Lion Shield correct stat
Added Quivering Arrow to Marauder Warbow arrow loadout
Fixed description for Scavengers Bottoms and corrected it to Light armor
Increased Lifeblood spear buff value on Zealot's Sacrificial Club from 1 health per tick to 2

Illusory Sword is now Indestructible to make it on par with Spectral Blade and Reaper Axe
Custom cultural armors descriptions changed to High Grade Flawless to reduce confusion
Warrior's Lion Shield - Bonus to Stamina by 25% changed to Grit by 20%, Increased Armor bonus by 100 to compete with Scorpion's Protection
Heavy Mutator items armor ratings increased to match most recent Funcom update
Fix for some Mutator weapons repair costs being 0

-Now grants 16 harvest damage, reduces encumbrance by 20%, and is virtually indestructible

All Relic gathering tools are double the harvest amounts of their Star Metal

Fixed the flood of Skelos High Priests spawning in the Volcano, will now spawn at a much lower rate everywhere throughout the Votaries
Fixed Skelos High Priest not reducing crafitng costs and crafting time
Dismantling Relic items will now provide 2 Keystones instead of 3. This is to prevent infinite recycling with the Skelos High Priest crafting reduction
Vanir Windcutters can no longer be dismantled. Provided players with an exploit where they could craft infinite keystones
Added a new recipe that can only be crafted with the Skelos High Priest.

-New multi tool that has the highest gather rate in the game

Relic items can now be dismantled to return 3 Keystones
Added new health, damage and loot pools to Relic mini bosses for those who dont use Pippi
Added new health and damage for Skelos High Priest, adjusted spawn rates
-Will now drop a Book of Skelos if you decide to kill him
Executioner's Halberd and Remnant of Grondar Heavy attack damage adjusted to fit original concept
Damage modifier on final hit of heavy combo string (leap stab) raised
Fixed Illusory Sword being not craftable
Fixed crafted quantity of Assassin's Dagger to 10
Lion's Shield durability raised to 3500, and damage to 63.
-The intended playstyle of the shield is aggressiveness, so the damage and low durability is reflective of that but it shouldnt take 3 hits before it breaks anymore.

Reworked Skelos High Priest thrall spawns.
-Spawns alongside Votaries Skelos Devotees in the Volcano, Set Archpriests in Sepermeru, Forgotten Tribe Priests in the Burial Mounds and Derketo Lemurians Priests in the Ruins of Xel-Ha.

Dual Wield weapons should now appear on back while using Fashionist "Stow" commands (for real this time)
Hand of Mitra damage decreased to 51, armor penetration raised to 24%
Fixed some issues with blood splatter on custom assets
Illusory Sword and Ethereal Sword armor penetration raised to 15%
Edited the combo strings of the Mutator Spear+Shield, and Spear+Axe
Resized the Nomad Coat so it clips less with chest armors
Marauders Battle-Axe and Savage Cleaver increased to 57 to be on par with Glimmermoon
Reaper Axe and Kushite Tribal War Macana damage increased to 54 to be on par with Beserker's Axe
Fixed Valusian Raiments giving Grit instead of Vitality
Increased Jewel of Mu concussive damage vs AI enemies
Primitive Blades damage increased to 45 and armor penetration decreased to 9%
Thurian Blades armor penetration decreased to 23%
Added extra dye channel to Devout Robes
