-This is to prevent invisible heads when wearing helmets that hide the head like Darfari masks or Silent Legion helmets. The head is generic but will use your makeup, facial hair, skin color and eye color.
Traps Spikes can now only be built on top of existing building pieces to reduce greifing

Last couple updates I've wanted to expand the arsenal of weapons that use the Mutator custom weapon styles, Combat Spear and Dual Wield.
I planned on focusing on optimzation work for the mod like more LODs and texture resolutions, but needed to address the Callus Short Sword and Crown of Woe recipes asap.
So, I've included some stuff that didn't make it last update.

Fix for Callus Short Sword recipe, now requires Essence of Rot instead of Devils Bonemeal
Fix for Crown of Woe recipe not granting item on completion
File size optimizations
Added glowing antenna to Deep One transmog
Baron's Royal Cloak renamed to Baron's Royal Harness
Added small mesh upgrade for Baron's Royal Harness, Lion pendant on harness
Fixed textures and reworked physics for Baron's Royal Harness
Baron's Royal Shroud visual mesh reworked
Baron's Royal Shroud now grants Bonus Strength
Art of Thuria mesh reworked
Fixes to textures on various items
Slightly increased mesh size of Thurian Blades

Giant's Chest will now display the correct orientation when first placing

Kushite Tribal War Spear visual mesh revamped

All Mutator one-handed spears with combos unique to the Mutator now have wrap physics on the weapon as a signifier

Timeless Key Feat removed
-The Timeless Key Fragments and Timeless Keys will now function similarly to Primordial Essence and Ancient Fragments. They will be for Admin use only, so Admins will need to offer a way for players to trade in fragments for completed keys.
-This should reduce confusion about the feat, giving Admins power over its use.
Added two new Admin-Only items, Reliquary Chest and Reliquary Key
-Reliquary Chests be placed anywhere regardless of land ownership. Cannot be destroyed. Requires Reliquary Key to open.
-Reliquary Keys will not drop by default. Must be configured by Admins. Consumes itself when opening Reliquary Chest.
Feat costs for Skelos Collector sub-feats will now be zero, will be granted to new players or players who respawn by default (Arms Collector, etc)
-I want people to feel free to learn these recipes without having to sacrifice their feat points.

Mutator Dual Wield weapons have received some combo changes
-Light attacks no longer cripple
-Heavy attacks will no longer bleed
-Heavy attacks 2, 3 and 4 are changed to better deal with shield users
-Heavy attacks 2 and 3 will be short range sword attacks that have hyper armor and wont deflect
-Heavy attack 4 will be a shoulder tackle with no hyper armor and will knockdown shielding or non-shielding opponents
-Dual Wield weapons will be better at chipping down defending opponents but less effective at chasing

Mutator One Handed Spears have received some combo changes
-Light attacks 3 and 4 will no longer deflect
-Heavy attacks now all cripple
-Heavy attack 3 changed to have more of a lunge
-Heavy attack 4 will no longer deflect
-Throwing axe offhand will mix bleed attacks into Heavy attack 1 and 2
-Shield offhand will mix shieldsmash attacks into Heavy attack 2 and 4
-Spears will offer more versatility and better at chasing down and culling foes

-Northmen's Headpiece (Medium Helmet)
-The Warden (Javelin)
-Pict Ritualist Vestment (Light Helmet)

-Recipe cost requires 5 Keystones and 1 Tablet of Power. Requires Skelos High Priest thrall in Skelos Collector
-Admins using the "Admin Only Skelos Collector" will need to configure availability of this item manually

Steady Hands perk changed. Bows will now gain 10% damage increase and Throwing Axes will retain a 50% damage increase.
-I discovered a bug in the game where Javelins weren't receiving the damage benefit from Steady Hands because they're not considered ranged damage. I tried to fix this with a work-around but then Javelins wouldn't benefit from any Strength attribute... Hopefully Funcom can fix this issue in the future.
Skelos Collector harvest items Multi-Tool, Sickle and Skinning Knife harvest damage changed to 15, nearly double Black-Blood items
Fixed stow visual placement of Executioner's Halberd when using Fashionist
Assassin's Throwing Daggers Damage increased to 47 and Armor Pen reduced to 15%, stack quantity reduced to 10 (will still craft 20 at Skelos Collector)
Vanir Windcutter's Damage increased to 68 and Armor Pen increased to 30%
Marauders Warbow Damaged reduced to 41 and Armor Pen increased to 25%
-New arrow ammunition updated as well
-Given the buffs made to bow combat by Funcom this year the Marauders Warbow was overtuned and needed a balance pass
Ghostly weapons such as the Reaper's Axe, Spectral Blade, Illusory Sword and Ethereal Sword are no longer indestructible

Jewel of Mu damage increased to 67 and armor penetration increased to 37%.
-This change was made to improve the competitiveness of the Jewel of Mu as a Relic weapon against the Renissan.
Assasin's Throwing Dagger crafted quantity increased to 20
Removed "Ignores Shields" from Vanir Windcutters information. Can't get this to work again after recent Funcom changes.
Executioner's Halberd changed to 2H Axe, damage increased to 70 and armor pen reduced to 0
Fixed visual position of the Marauders Cleaver when equipped
