Bug fix where some people might have gotten a wrong file version.

Remove wonders that have already been built from the tree.
Remove items that don't apply to your civ (e.g. Flight adds +1 gold to Moais)
Critical core game abilities with icons are always displayed (e.g. can build a road, can build a plantation...)

Important abilities that have icons, like build a road or build a plantation, are now shown even if the number of items for a tech exceeds 5. Other buildings are pushed into the tooltip instead.
