- removed "knockback effect" on the yoyo when hitting an enemy, it only made yoyos harder to use
- balance changes
- changed protectorate yoyo crafting station from treasured trophies to replicator

Removed toxicyoyo from treasure pools (was never implemented, only turned into a PGI)
Added shiftHeld to yoyo projectile for future use/addons
