Immediate Patch:
- Fixed an over ambitious developer. Fog should now work within reason (Visibility no longer falls to 0)

Updated to version 1.3:
- Added Fog, Mist, and Snow to system.
- Weather station can now be a list of ICAOs seperated by commas.
- You can substitude an ICAO for the keyword 'map' to attempt getting the weather station based on location (Lattitude and Longitude).

Updated to work, as there was an unfound bug which prevented most of the mod from working (IE, Rain, Overcast, etc)

Mod now requires CBA and can also be ran with ANY mission (See description and also CBA settings)
