Changed the design of the mod to use ModCheck, a wonderful mod. The average user will notice no content changes however patching occurs a bit over 5 times as fast for this mod, beyond that this update paves the way for future content that i had been struggling to figure out how to include.
Modcheck is necessary for this mod, however this mod includes the DLL file for ModCheck allowing it to work without manual installation of ModCheck
