Many module tweaks and positioning fixes by eXish
- Foreign Exchange Rates changed to a community member's hosted website as the previous site moved behind a paywall
- Fixed two bugs with TTKS and added in the strike animation and sound if you turn them incorrectly
- Fixed Symbstructions not reading it's ModSettings file
- Fixed Natures, Jackbox.TV and Traffic Board being too far into the bomb
- Fixed light scaling issues with Caesar's Maths and Flash Memory
- Removed a directional light that was accidentally bundled with Green Wires
- Removed the fix for Needy Mrs Bob as it is now mod side

Update Turn The Keys by BakersDozenBagels
- Interacts with all vanilla translated versions of the modules it looks for.
- Check that every module of a given type has been solved instead of only one (for the "turn key after solving" conditions).
- Plays the TTK strike sound and animation for an incorrect turn.
- Moves one with a strike (when you turn the key) when it would have softlocked before.
- No longer lets you turn a key multiple times.

Get the logging ID for more modules

**Fixes and improvements**
Mods that are subscribed to by Tweaks will now be loaded immediately
Having the separate Harmony mod should no longer cause problems
The default values for the ModeSettings file have been updated based on community feedback
Time cannot be skipped on TTK if there are any needies on the bomb
Toasts will only dismiss once they've been on screen for 5 seconds
Fix the steam directory not being found in some cases on Mac and Linux
Fix an exception that happened if the steam directory couldn't be found

**Developers**
If you're not running the game through Steam, you can get Steam mods that you've subscribed to be loaded by putting the Steam ID into the new LocalMods setting
Module IDs that are stored in properties should now be properly found by Tweaks

Major changes, including 2 new modtastic features:

**Subscribe to new mods**
*Your feature, should you choose to enable it, will subscribe to all the mods that are on the repository. You would no longer have to keep up subscribing to new mod releases.*

**Replace obsolete mods**
*This feature, which is enabled by default, will replace mods that are obsolete with their updated version. You would no longer have to keep up with mods getting reuploaded.*

Reorganize Tweaks settings in the Mod Settings Editor
