Increased building time and cost slightly at rank 1, much higher at rank 2 and 3 (since youre getting reduction mods) to make the building more high-investment, high-reward.
Rank 2 income 250->150, Rank 3 unchanged

Added beer to the the building (may end up nerfing other income sources slightly to compensate, or shift focus to trading income)

Rebalancing of the Building to make it better at initial rank, but less silly at max rank. Increased Cost and build time to better represent it being a significant undertaking
