ASTRONOMY >> CELESTIAL BLAST
- Minor tweaks to pathing of the large-size missile that appears as a tier 2 bonus to make it more user friendly

ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- Investigated an issue with Nova comets and asteroids (the big white particles) not damaging enemies on a higher or lower surface than the caster. Tweaked some settings in a blind attempt to fix. Unsure if working properly yet.

PHYSICS >> IONIC BAPTISM
- Lowered this skill's damage and changed its damage curve slightly. 50% DPS striking several times back to back was making low levels in particular a cake walk. :)
- For the record, each damage pulse of this skill is considered a seperate attack. Think Shocking Grasp from the Embermage lightning tree.


PHYSICS >> ELECTRIC CHARGE / ELECTRIC HALO
- Added a description of this power to the Favors under a new heading called "Conditional Skill"
- This is intended to better explain how Electric Halo works

- The choir is now better dressed
- Finally figured out how to get rid of the black and purple clouds this skil was creating
- Start of an attempt to upgrade this power. Still more to do/missing particle effects
- This skill now silences enemies who are nearby
- Beginning of rework of the benefits of this power/more to come

APEX APOSTLE
- Start of attempt to reskin/reparticle this pet. Still more to do.

- This skill is now implemented up to level 15
- Creates a damage over time effect and can immobilize enemies
- Activates Electric Halo at rank 5/tier 1 and higher

BIOLOGY >> LITANY OF QUILLS
- Fixed a bug from last night's release that caused this spell to do no damage.
- This spell now officially conveys effects from weapons, except life and mana steal. This is less a change in philosophy as it is the fact that stopping it from conveying effects while allowing it to do everything else it does is outside the scope of my knowledge at this time.
- In multiplayer, its possible this spell is injuring other player's pets. I have not actually seen it do so, because i have not been able to test it. If it is observed doing so please let me know.


FAVOR: APEX APOSTLE
- This favor now grants the caster a bonus 1% max mana per rank while it is active
- Fixed a bug that caused Apex Apostle to be active at the same time as other favors if it was cast prior to them


PHYSICS >> HOLY VECTOR
- Fixed an issue with the rank 15/tier 3 version of this skill not applying bonus speed when a bolt connects with a target. This bonus does not show up with its own buff icon but is visible in the character stats window.


ASTRONOMY >> HEAVEN'S GATE
- Fixed a text problem for ranks 10 - 14 that stated that this spell "reset its cooldown to zero." This is technically an accurate description of the spell's capability, but only in the context of casting the spell after casting Nova at tier 2.


BIOLOGY >> ANAEROBIC ACOLYTES
- Fixed a bug that allowed Electric Halo to continue functioning after casting this power
- Fixed a bug at rank 1 that caused the affix description to repeat itself
- The Genesis tie-in to this skill that start at rank 10/tier 2 remains an unholy, broken nightmare. I am exploring alternatives to this implementation.


BIOLOGY >> WRITHING CHOIR
- Temporarily removed the "singing" effect that appeared at rank 1 of the choir. The effect used to generate this does not work correctly and for some reason remains in the world permanently rather than vanishing when it should. The sound effect will come back (probably) once I can dedicate time to fixing it.

BIOLOGY >> LITANT OF QUILLS
- Fixed a bug that allowed weapon effects to be conveyed even though the power description said they were not
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Life on Hit to Master tier 1 bonus from functioning correctly.
- I have not been able to test this change in multiplayer. There is a possibility this power may be injuring other player's pets due to how it is designed. Please let me know if you see this behavior in game.


PHYSICS >> ELECTRIC HALO
This buff is now cancelled if the player casts any of the following skills:
- Lucent Beam
- Celestial Blast
- Sky Prophecy (all versions)
- Nova
- Litany of Quills
- Ionic Baptism (Ranged version only)
- Photosynethic Ammo
- Anaerobic Acolytes

Eventually a write up describing these conditions will make it into the game. (It's not there now, because "Electric Halo" is a proc, not an actual power you can select, so it must be added by hand in the same way Favors were and weapon-specific subskills were.)
