Patch 1.5: Mac bugfixing and minor tweaks

- fixed bug that fired reformer events when playing on a Mac (ask Paradox)
- Enclave Officers idea has been changed
- Some gfx changes
- modified "Sold into Slavery" event to be a bit more interesting

Patch 1.4e bugfixes on OWB 1.1 compatibility patch

- fixed bug that caused a crash after "Our Escape" focus was completed by AI
- fixed bug where that same event did not spawn Enclave Veterans when the "Fought our way out with power armor" option was selected by the player
- adjusted nation selection screen to include Broken Coast factions

Patch 1.4:
- custom textures for Enclave Units (power armor and infantry) Made by Valmoric
- custom voices using audio from FO2
- many more decision icons
- removed various bugs
- added fresh new bugs
- nerf to cloning
- small nerfs to early game starting units
- more decisions, including decisions to affect party popularity
- general difficulty increases :v
- grace period to hide from the NCR increased from 30 days to 60 days
- NCR hiding cost now increased by your amount of controlled states x3

- removed liberate province decision since a HOI4 bug causes the manpower to return after reloading a save
