** Balancing: Camping skills **
- First's camping item skills: reduced in 1 its time cost.
- Second's camping item skills: reduced in 1 its time cost.
- Fourth's camping item skills: reduced in 1 its time cost.

** Issues Fixed **
- First's [My Dogma] could create an infinite loop while being in her affliction. Now with more skills being usable in rank4 and with [My Dogma] having per round limitation this glitch can be prevented.

** Localization Files **
Added - s.Chinese files with english replacement texts
