Prevented the Emperor of California from using the "Press All Claims" CB
Fixed a broken event that would give you the pagan/Jewish crusader traits over and over
Fixed bug that could make the President independent when they shouldn't be
Altered consumerist conversion event so SoCal is more likely to convert to Consumerism
Made Neomayan into a feminist religion, updated its description (thanks Scarlet)
Added a new Anglican heresy: the United Church, present in Toronto and the District of Home at the start of the game.

Major patch:
Redcoats and Brazilians now have Gavelkind rather than Open succession laws
Adjusted consumerism conversion event so rulers are less likely to flip religion
Altered game rule descriptions to make things a tad more clear
Fixed minutemen text and Redcoat conversion text
Added new Crusader traits for reformed pagans - Ford's Striker (Rust Cultist), Sword of the Lamb (Revelationist), Knight Templar (Occultist), Order of the Garter (Thelema)
Added new icon for the Investor trait
Added a new cultural retinue for the Brazilians and British - Football (Soccer) Hooligan
Added cultural buildings for Samurais and Cossacks
Changed nomad buildings so they have Native American flavor (thanks so much Nexerus)

Patch notes:
Improved Consumerist religion!

Altered requirements for Consumerist uprising so they don't treat Detroit like a holy site
Renamed "Heiress of the Prophet" to "Descendant of the Prophet", new trait icon (thanks cockatoo!)
AI might now actually convert to Consumerism if a broker visits, depending on a host of factors (including the ruler's traits, their current religion, and whether or not they own a holy site)

This update is save-compatible - it won't break any of your existing save games! (At least, it shouldn't.)

Fixed broken climate in Pacific Northwest counties
ACTUALLY fixed the presidential elections
Added an icon for the "Restore Presidency" decision
Added new flags for e_saguaro and e_norteno

Save incompatible again. I really don't like doing this, but again, I kind of had to.

Fixed bug where four provinces would occasionally show up as wasteland (thanks Kilin1)
Fixed bug where randomly-generated commanders could have Hindu castes
Fixed Neil Aldrin's birthday
Fixed a couple of character IDs
Eliminated all references to China to prevent "Emperors of Lowborn" from popping up everywhere
Fixed various typos in the code that broke certain artifacts/cultural retinues
Fixed rare bug where Presidential election never ended
Added decision to reform the Presidency if it ever gets destroyed
Added new flavor to Obispo (credit to Idhrendur)
Nerfed invasions - Event troops disappear after most invasions, but nearby counties convert culture/religion to simulate said armies becoming part of the local population

Note: this update is save-incompatible. Sorry about that, but these bugs really needed to be fixed.
