This update adds some more cons to the mod. Both for balancing reasons, as well as for story reasons. Travel time to Earth and Mars increased due to the idea that a secret organization would need to hide more and take more indirect route. Sell price of precious metals decreased for the same reasoning.

Maintenance now requires 10 metal instead of 10 concrete.

Power usage increased to 40 from 25

Oxygen consumption increased to 6 from 0

Daily sanity recover increased to 12

Maintenance changed from .5 metal to 1 electronics. Maintenance threshold increased by 50%

Construction cost increased to 15 concrete, 6 metal, 2 electronics, and 2 machine partss, and 1 polymers, up from 5 concrete, 2 metal, 1 electronics, and 2 machine parts.

Maintenance changed to 1 polymers but maintenance threshold increased by 50%.
